Welcome to Zhengistan, Ethiopians! Postcolonial Theory and Migration Policy

The workshop provides an introduction to postcolonial theory based on current examples and important authors. Special attention will be given to mechanisms of Othering in migration policy.

Der Workshop gibt eine Einführung in die postkoloniale Theorie anhand von aktuellen Beispielen und wichtigen Autor_innen. Besonderer Augenmerk liegt auf Mechanismen des Othering in der Migrationspolitik.
